How much will it cost to repair my appliance?
It is determined by the machine. A Sub Zero built-in with a sealed system problem could cost around $1000.00. A simple drain pump, on the other hand, may cost less than $200.
Do I have to pay the Service Fee?
Only if you choose not to proceed with the recommended repair. There is no Service Fee if we repair. You only pay for the parts, labor, and tax.
What is your service area?

Should I repair or replace my older machine?
When compared to some of the newer machines, many of the older ones are quite well built. Our Certified Technicians can advise you on the best course of action. We will certainly inform you if your machine is going to cause you problems and you should purchase a new one.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as cash and checks.
What is the warranty on your repairs?
Parts and labor are covered for 90 days. Some parts may have a longer warranty, such as icemakers, which have a one-year warranty.
I have a Home Warranty, do I need to contact them for service or can I contact you directly?
In most cases, you must contact your Home Warranty.
Do you sell used appliances?
We certainly do! All of our reconditioned appliances come with a 6-month parts and labor warranty.
